Whack-A-Politician!

In this project, I created a custom Whack-A-Mole-style arcade game featuring the 2016 presidential candidates. Using Adobe Illustrator, I designed cartoonish, exaggerated versions of each candidate to make them instantly recognizable. I then coded the game mechanics in Processing, ensuring smooth animations and responsive gameplay.

To make the game interactive, I used a Makey Makey kit along with conductive tape to connect physical bobblehead figures to the digital game. When a player whacked a candidate’s bobblehead, the game registered the hit and responded accordingly, just like a real arcade machine. The result was a fun and engaging experience that brought the election to life in a unique way.
